Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited. If spd88d identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. spd88d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify spd88d customer support immediately. spd88d may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified spd88d of a suspected breach prior to the activity in question.
spd88d accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and Visa/Mastercard. The available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. spd88d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network disruptions.
spd88d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. spd88d reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on the spd88d Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, which are published within each product's interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
spd88d reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds or game outcome; (b) the relevant event was affected by circumstances outside normal operational parameters; or (c) there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent or collusive activity. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the Player unless the specific product offers a cash-out feature and the conditions for cash-out are met.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spd88d Platform:
spd88d employs fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended and may have winnings voided. spd88d reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.
All content on the spd88d Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interface design — is the intellectual property of spd88d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of spd88d.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spd88d shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if spd88d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
spd88d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
spd88d makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

spd88d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) spd88d is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; or (d) you are found to be ineligible to use the Platform.
spd88d may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spd88d holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact spd88d customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. spd88d will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
